Updating your contact information

You must update your contact information for each upcoming appointment. This will allow the clinic to get in touch with you, as needed, and you will be able to receive appointment confirmations and reminders. Please note that updating your contact information does not transfer to your file at the la Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec; it simply applies to the information concerning a given appointment.

The changeable information is the following:

  • Email
  • Home phone number
  • Mobile phone number
  • Means of communication (email, telephone or SMS)
  • Language of communication (French or English)

You have to enter a phone number.

You can update your contact information in 3 ways, using the:

  • Reference number
  • Button appearing in the email
  • Link found in the text message (SMS)

Reference number

  1. Access Québec Medical Ap​pointment Scheduler​
  2. Click on the "Look up an appointment" button
  3. Enter your personal information and click on “Continue”
  4. Click on “Update my contact information or cancel my appointment”
  5. Enter the reference number and click on “Search”

 
 

  1. Click on “Update my contact information”
  2. Update your contact information and click on “Save”

Button appearing in the email

  1. Click on the button “Cancel my appointment or update my contact information”
  2. Enter your personal information and click on “Continue”
  3. Click on “Update my contact information”
  4. Update your contact information and click on “Save”

Link found in the text message (SMS)

  1. Click on the link
  2. Enter your personal information and click on “Continue”
  3. Click on “Update my contact information”
  4. Update your contact information and click on “Save”
