When you select the date and time of your appointment, Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler reserves this time-slot for 3 minutes. During this time, you can provide your contact information and confirm the appointment. If you have not finished by 2 minutes 30 seconds, the following message will appear:

 

By answering “Yes,” you will have an additional 3 minutes to enter your information. You can add a further 3 minutes as many times as you wish. If you answer “No,” you will have to enter your information in the time remaining.

You have 30 seconds to answer the question. If the 30 seconds are up, the appointment may be reserved by someone else.

When the 30 seconds are up, if no one else has scheduled this appointment, you will be able to continue to reserve it; otherwise, you will have to restart an appointment search.
